IXGN-12 is a new generation of environmentally friendly solid insulated ring main unit developed by the company, with modular design, mainly composed of V unit (circuit breaker unit), C unit (composite switch unit), F unit (combined electrical unit) three functional units, each unit can be used independently or freely expanded. The structure of the equipment is divided into only the control instrument room, the operating mechanism and the primary department: the instrument room can be equipped with a microcomputer protection device (intelligent controller) to achieve intelligent monitoring and control. The operating mechanism adopts a special spring energy storage mechanism, which is compact in structure, high in reliability, and supports manual or electric operation. The primary part adopts APG automatic gel process, and the disconnector and interrupter are encapsulated in epoxy resin as a whole to ensure full insulation and sealing, and connect the bus bar through special joints to improve safety and stability

Interrupter optimization
The use of copper-chromium granular material and R-type longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, combined with the complete one-time sealing process, greatly improves the short-circuit current breaking ability, electrical life, temperature rise performance and insulation level, which is significantly improved compared with the traditional copper-molybdenum contact and cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field structure.
The integrated spring operating mechanism isolation switch and main switch adopt an integral spring mechanism, which reduces the transmission ring, improves mechanical reliability, and realizes reliable interlocking, supports manual/electric operation, and meets the needs of different users.
